So, surprise, I’m in LA. Here on a last minute trip that I can tell you more about starting tomorrow but in the meantime, here, as always, is my weekly spend recap.

I definitely find myself in a dissociative spend-y mode (wonder why!) right now and this recap is reflective of that. I have found myself leaning into some not-so-great habits as a coping mechanism but, as they say, recognizing that is the first step.

Plus, now that I’m in LA hiking in the sun and eating salads for a few days my whole life is going to change. That’s how it works, right?

This week, I buy a very large amount of protein at Costco, cut my hair even shorter than it was when I got it cut last week, sign up for a half marathon (!) and drink a little too much wine.
