It’s Friday, feelings are free, and we have a lot of them. Welcome back to Freelings. Three good feelings and one bad one. All for free.
this week’s freelings:
GOOD
This new review. It’s been difficult to communicate the fact that our podcast (titled Debt Heads) is about much more than just “debt” — but SOMEBODY listened to the whole season and it seems we got through to them. - R
Putting on a colorful outfit and getting on stage on a stormy Saturday to talk debt, money, and the Marquette Decision (again) with Erin Lowry at her show Funny Money. It was such a fun experience at one of my favorite theaters! Even if (because?) the guts of my financial life were exposed for everyone to see. - J

Could there be any greater feeling than three smart, cool women smiling at you like this? I don’t think so. 📷: Arin Sang-urai
See? Colorful. 📷: Arin Sang-urai Going for a run for the first time in (undisclosed amount of time). It was a little rough (it’s true what they say about running and those deadline &… post deadline cigarettes), but I got into a groove and my new Hokas (thanks mom) sped me right along on a perfect weather evening in Fort Greene Park. - J
BAD
The emotional crash from publishing the final five episodes of Debt Heads. But our hangover is your gain— listen to the fully realized season as it was meant to be consumed, wherever you get your podcasts. - J&R
what are your freelings?
let us know in the comments below :)
PS: Debt Heads is back. A lot of people are calling it season two, both to our faces and to the world. We’re calling it season one plus interest. You can call it anything you want, especially while you tell your friends to listen to it. DM us a screenshot sharing DH with a friend and we’ll enter your name into a bucket. At the end of the month, we’ll pull our five names to win a DH beach-friendly happy hour kit — two souvenir cups and a lighter!!!

An honor to have you and I’m slightly depressed season one is officially over. It was such a good listen!!
TGIF! I love the outfit for the stand up/panel performance. I’m sorry you are feeling low after the podcast release but it’s giving me LIFE. The production value, content and humor is top notch and I feel so blessed to have yall company with me as I plug away at work. Thank you for putting thoughtful and important work into the world!!
