In this week’s dispatch from the Debt Heads universe, we hear from our friend Kate Bratskeir. She’s a sustainability, climate, food, health and lifestyle reporter, and writer of the perfectly-named Good Little Garbage Girl Substack.

Kate talks about her career, feelings about place in the media industry as a whole, and the story of how she got laid off by the same company – twice – during her maternity leave. Classy stuff from her former employer!
