In lieu of this week’s Resolution Report, we’re sharing an update on the status of our project, Debt Heads.
(Listen above for the newest post from Debt Heads)
Hi!
We’ve been awfully radio silent (hehe) about our podcast, Debt Heads, over the past few months.
That’s because, behind the scenes, we were working long days and nights to finish a pilot episode in time to submit it to the Tribeca Film Festival, which recently added an audio section to its roster, and then waiting to find out if we got in.
This work, which we have not been allowed to share with you for fear of disqualification from the festival, would have been impossible without the financial support we received by winning one of six Elevate Creators Fund grants at the end of last year.
It allowed us to buy real equipment, hire some fabulous collaborators and really take the time necessary to make something we’re proud of.
And we are so, so proud of it.
Today, we have a bit of an update to share with you, as well as announcing that we’ll be taking you along on the journey from here on out.
We’re not great at keeping secrets, anyway.
We are so grateful to all of you, and are excited to share everything – both good and bad – along the way.
This mini podcast episode and newsletter is available to all subscribers. If you’re interested in hearing more of this content, or are moved to support our project after listening to us pour our hearts out to you (no pressure), we’d love to have you join the community as a paid subscriber.
Either way, thank you so much for all of the support you’ve shown us thus far.
We love you! More soon! Until then, please enjoy a still life representative of what our lives looked like for the entire month of January and most of February, too.
XOXO,
J&R
So excited the pod is back!!! Your podcast has been instrumental to me FINALLY getting serious about getting out of debt and changing my relationship with money. Appreciate you both!! 🫡
On to bigger and better! Put it out into the universe, sit back, relax and revel in your continued effort to do amazing things with Rachel and on your own!
