Today is not a normal Monday for me. The atrocities unfolding in Israel and Palestine have affected me both on a personal level and as a human on this planet.

So, writing about my spending feels crazy, but I also know that writing this newsletter and connecting with my community is one of the only things helping me feel grounded at the moment.
